Closed November through February. We accept reservations for the upcoming year anytime after January 2 of that year.
Reservation requirements:   To process your reservation, we require:  contact name, phone number and address, dates of arrival/departure, number of guests (and pets if applicable), preferred accommodation or RV type and valid credit card number/expiry.
	we accept reservations up to one year in advance we do not require advance payment, however to guarantee your reservation, we require your credit card information OR a cheque made payable to "Pilot Bay Resort" in Canadian funds, equivalent to one night's stay cancellation/change policy - 5 days notice (prior to first night of reservation) or charge of one night’s rate if you are reserving an additional site/unit for a friend or family member with your credit card, you must be willing to accept any cancellation charges in the event they do not show without advance notice we accept cash, debit, MasterCard and Visa Pilot Bay Resort is closed January and February see Accommodations for additional details
